3. My tracking says, "No information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, kindly reach out to us immediately at and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

4. Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items within the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. In such cases, we would ensure that you have all the necessary tracking numbers for the separate packages shipped to you.

5. Can I make any changes to my shipping/billing address?
